Estamos buscando una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo en Marsh. Este puesto será bajo un modelo híbrido, con el requisito de trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.

Esta posición está enfocada en la atención y seguimiento a clientes dentro del ramo asegurador, con conocimiento básico en seguro de gastos médicos mayores. El rol requiere experiencia en servicio al cliente, manejo de Excel, comunicación efectiva, empatía y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, así como disposición para realizar visitas a clientes cuando sea necesario.

Dar seguimiento a clientes y sus requerimientos dentro del ramo asegurador
Brindar atención al cliente con comunicación clara, empática y efectiva
Manejar información en Excel y paquetería Office para apoyar procesos diarios
Realizar visitas a clientes cuando sea necesario
Colaborar con el equipo manteniendo una actitud analítica, creativa y orientada al servicio

Lo que necesitas tener:

Licenciatura terminada o trunca
1 año de experiencia en adelante
Conocimiento básico en seguro de gastos médicos mayores, autos o riesgos
Manejo de paquetería Office y Excel
Capacidad analítica, creatividad, atención al cliente, comunicación y manejo de trabajo bajo presión
