Atuar na gestão e no planejamento desenvolvimento do hardware de BSM (Brake System Module), suporte de fixação e capa protetora da central, desde a sua definição inicial até a liberação final. O objetivo é garantir que os componentes atendam aos requisitos técnicos e de qualidade, assegurando a integração eficiente no veículo e o cumprimento dos prazos de desenvolvimento.

Responsabilidades:

Liderança técnica: Comandar o ciclo completo de desenvolvimento do componente, abrangendo da definição à liberação;
Gestão de documentação: Conduzir Technical Reviews e gerir especificações e requisitos técnicos;
Suporte à manufatura: Analisar e dar suporte à introdução do componente na linha de produção;
Análise de falhas: Coordenar investigações técnicas, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) e definir ações corretivas;
Resolução de problemas: Realizar a análise técnica de issues específicos do componente;
Gestão de Fornecedores: Manter relacionamento direto para alinhamento técnico, definições de HW e resolução de pendências;
Interface Multidisciplinar: Atuar como ponte entre as equipes de elétrica/eletrônica, software, validação, manufatura, sistemas e segurança funcional (ISO 26262);
Planejamento: Participar do planejamento interno, realizando a gestão de riscos e o acompanhamento rigoroso do cronograma;
Qualidade e Segurança (HSE);
Conformidade Normativa: Assegurar que todos os processos de liberação sigam os padrões de qualidade e segurança da IDIADA.

Formação: Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.

Idiomas: Inglês avançado para negociação técnica com fornecedores e leitura de normas internacionais.

Soft Skills: Liderança, capacidade analítica, excelente comunicação interpessoal e organização.

Ferramentas:

Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PPT);
Ferramentas Vector (CANalyzer, CANoe);
Ferramentas de gestão de requisitos (IBM Rational DOORS, Polarion, PLM);
Ferramentas de segurança (HARA, FMEA, FTA, FMEDA).
