Especialista em Front End/ Manutenção Mecânica – Maracanaú/CE
Atividades:
- Apoiar o supervisor no planejamento das manutenções e posteriormente executar as manutenções mecânicas dos tipos: corretivas de grande porte, preventivas, preditivas e planos de proteção.
- Atuar nas melhorias de manutenção nas máquinas de manuseio de bobina, prensa/cupper, prensa/bodymaker, maquina de corte da altura da lata/trimmer, subconjuntos do trimmer (cabeça de corte/cartridge e mandril/spindler).
- Realizar as conversões de tamanhos de latas nos equipamentos acima.
- Realizar treinamentos na função (on the job).
Requisitos:
- Desejável 5 anos na área industrial em produção de latas (Front End).
- Curso Técnico Completo (Química, Química Industrial, Produção, Mecânica, Mecânica Industrial, Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica, Eletrotécnica, Automação Industrial e afins).
- Desejável curso Superior completo (Química, Química Industrial, Produção, Mecânica, Mecânica Industrial, Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica, Eletrotécnica, Automação Industrial e afins).
- Desejável ter cursos de: Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico mecânico, Metrologia dimensional, Ajustagem mecânica, Pneumática e Hidráulica.
- Inglês instrumental.
- Possuir mobilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.
