Funções Essenciais do Cargo
- Gerenciar o processo de Service Level Management (SLM), garantindo aderência aos SLAs acordados.
- Definir, monitorar e reportar SLAs, OLAs e contratos de suporte (UCs).
- Criar dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e operacionais sobre indicadores de serviço.
- Conduzir reuniões de revisão de níveis de serviço com clientes e stakeholders.

- Identificar desvios de SLA e coordenar planos de ação corretiva.
- Automatizar geração de reports e integração de dados de múltiplas fontes.
- Apoiar a negociação e revisão de acordos de nível de serviço.
Qualificações Básicas
- Experiência comprovada em Service Level Management e reporting de TI.
- Conhecimento avançado em definição e monitoramento de SLAs, OLAs e KPIs.
- Experiência com ferramentas ITSM e BI (ServiceNow, Power BI, Performance Analytics).
- Habilidade avançada em criação de dashboards e relatórios executivos.
- Capacidade analítica e atenção a detalhes.
Qualificações Desejáveis
- Certificação ITIL 4 Foundation ou superior.
- Experiência com ServiceNow Performance Analytics e Reporting.
- Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de dados.
- Inglês para leitura técnica e participação em reuniões.
