Principais Responsabilidades
Compliance Tributário:Apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos, garantindo conformidade, correta contabilização e resolução de divergências entre fiscal e contábil.
Obrigações Acessórias:Assegurar a entrega tempestiva e a integridade das obrigações fiscais federais, estaduais e municipais.
Tributos Diferidos:Ativos e passivos fiscais diferidos, assegurando o correto reconhecimento de diferenças temporárias e prejuízos fiscais, em conformidade com CPC 32 (IAS 12).
Preços de Transferência:Cálculos, documentações e políticas de preços de transferência, garantindo aderência à legislação.
Benefícios e Incentivos Fiscais:Incentivos fiscais (federais, estaduais e municipais), incluindo regimes especiais e ex-tarifário, assegurando o cumprimento de requisitos, controles e mitigação de riscos associados.

Planejamento Tributário:Identificar oportunidades de eficiência fiscal e desenvolver estratégias de planejamento tributário dentro dos limites legais, incluindo avaliação de regimes de tributação.
Consultoria Interna e Auditoria:Atuar como referência técnica para áreas internas na análise fiscal de novos contratos e operações, além de preparar e suportar auditorias internas e externas, fiscalizações e processos administrativos tributários.
Treinamento e Mentoria:Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos técnicos para a equipe fiscal e áreas correlatas, promovendo a atualização contínua sobre mudanças legislativas e boas práticas de compliance.
Melhoria Contínua:Contribuir para o aprimoramento de processos, controles internos e automação na área tributária, fortalecendo a governança e a confiabilidade das informações fiscais.
