Atuamos na estruturação e acompanhamento do cotidiano dos Fundos de Investimento, analisando operações de investimento e captação de novos recursos do ponto de vista jurídico, assegurando a viabilidade operacional de Fundo e a conformidade com a legislação vigente.

Principais Responsabilidades

Apoio ao acompanhamento das demandase controles dos Fundos, bem como auxílio àimplementação das operações junto aos times internos;

Análise/elaboração de documentosde menor complexidaderelacionadosaos fundos de investimento;

Realização de pesquisas e apresentações relacionadas à legislaçãode fundos de investimento e de mercado de capitais.

Experiências e Qualificações:

Estar cursandoDireito, entre o 3º e o 7º semestre;

Pacote office | Nível Intermediário: Conhecimento em Excel / Word / Power Point;

Inglês:NívelIntermediário.

Conhecimentos necessários para a função:

Perfilanalítico e resolutivoparaexecuçãodedemandas com prazo;

Proatividade na busca dasinformações,soluções, alternativas e entendimento de processos para atendimento das demandas daáreae resultados;

Desenvoltura para falarcom clientesinternos/externos.

Desejáveis:

Certificações: CPA-20
Familiaridadecomo dia a dia de fundos de investimento e direito societário.
