Job Description

Buscamos um (a) estagiário (a) para apoiar o time de Operações Comerciais (Quoting), contribuindo para a elaboração e acompanhamento de cotações, organização de informações comerciais e suporte aos processos relacionados às oportunidades de vendas.Principais atividades

Apoiar na elaboração, atualização e acompanhamento de cotações comerciais;
Auxiliar na organização e validação de informações de produtos, preços, clientes e condições comerciais;
Dar suporte ao time de vendas durante o processo de preparação e acompanhamento das propostas;
Atualizar informações e acompanhar oportunidades nos sistemas e ferramentas internas, como SFDC/CRM;
Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios, controles e indicadores da área;
Interagir com diferentes áreas internas para garantir que as informações necessárias para as propostas estejam corretas e dentro dos prazos;
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir para a padronização e eficiência dos processos comerciais.

Perfil que buscamos

Graduação em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas; Previsão de formatura a partit de Dez 2027
Conhecimento em Excel e Pacote Office;
Interesse por processos comerciais, análise de dados e negócios;
Perfil organizado, analítico e com atenção aos detalhes;
Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas;
Proatividade e vontade de aprender.
