O que você vai fazer no dia a dia
- Apoiar a operação de sistemas e ferramentas de operações
- Dar suporte aos times de marketing, medical, acesso e outras áreas no registro e acompanhamento de eventos e materiais promocionais
- Conduzir treinamentos de novos colaboradores sobre processos e sistemas
- Contribuir para a conformidade dos processos e para iniciativas de melhoria contínua
- Coletar, organizar e analisar dados relacionados ao desempenho de indicadores-chave da operação
Buscamos alguém que:
- Esteja cursando Administração, Economia, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas, com previsão de conclusão a partir de dezembro de 2028
- Tenha pelo menos 1 ano disponível até a conclusão da graduação
- Tenha disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas por dia
- Goste de trabalhar em equipe e em parceria com diferentes áreas
- Tenha perfil analítico, organizado e proativo
- Demonstre interesse por melhoria de processos, tecnologia e aprendizado contínuo
- Tenha boa comunicação e vontade de propor ideias
Habilidades importantes para a posição
- Pensamento analítico e estruturado
- Comunicação clara e assertiva
- Iniciativa e foco em resolução de problemas
- Interesse em aprendizado contínuo
- Inglês intermediário
- Conhecimento em Excel, incluindo tabela dinâmica, gráficos e funções básicas
