Apoiará as operações diárias da área, garantindo processos administrativos eficientes.

acompanhar o ponto mensalmente, garantir a correção das inconsistências, corrigir e conferir as regras vigentes (cct´s e legislação)
solicitar, via sistema soc exames admissionais para os colaboradores e garantir o recebimento das asos,
reunir e compilar as informações mensais para o dashboard, garantindo a atualização no arquivo
imputar as notas recebidas do rh no sistema sopag, gerar a capa de aprovação de pagamento e colher as assinaturas

Horário: das 9 às 16 H ou das 10 H às 17 H – segunda a sexta.

Cursando a partir do 2º ano ou 4º semestre de faculdade de administração, contabilidade ou correlatas

Atuação 100% presencial
