Principais tarefas: Suportar programas de qualidade e melhoria contínua e atuar em atividades como: Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Solução Estruturada de Problemas (PDCA, 5 porquês, Diagrama de Ishikawa, 5W2H), Mapeamento de Processos, Indicadores de Desempenho, Gemba Walk, Programas de Reconhecimento, Suporte a Auditorias, Integração de Novos Funcionários, Treinamentos.

Cursando superior em Administração, Engenharia de Produção/Industrial.

Inglês - Intermediário;

Power Bi - Básico;

Excel - Intermediário;

Diferenciais: Participação em projetos de melhoria na faculdade ou estágio anterior, certificação em Lean Manufacturing, Yellow/Green Belt ou Power BI, conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade, experiência anterior com análise de dados, gerenciamento de indicadores e documentação.
