Sobre o cargo:

A pessoa estagiará na área de Recursos Humanos da Biogen Brasil e atuará diretamente no suporte a diversas atividades da área, incluindo, mas não se limitando a:

Apoio na condução do processo de integração de novas pessoas colaboradoras e do Programa de Estágio;

Abertura de requisições de compras, cadastro de fornecedores, atualização e inclusão de contratos;

Atualização de planilhas de controle e acompanhamento de atividades administrativas do departamento;

Suporte na construção de apresentações para os programas e processos de Recursos Humanos;

Apoio na administração de benefícios;

Contribuir na organização de treinamentos e workshops, bem como auxiliar na elaboração de materiais de apoio e criação de pesquisas de satisfação sobre as atividades realizadas;

Suporte às pessoas colaboradoras em dúvidas relacionadas a processos e políticas de Recursos Humanos;

Auxílio na resolução de questões administrativas e operacionais por meio da caixa oficial de e-mail da área;

Manter atualizadas as páginas de intranet e políticas de Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos:

Matrícula ativa em curso de Ensino Superior em áreas correlacionadas às atividades de Recursos Humanos;

Cursando o período noturno;

Disponibilidade para estagiar por até 2 anos consecutivos;

Conhecimento avançado no pacote Office;

Inglês avançado (mandatório)

Comunicação clara, organização, colaboração, iniciativa e interesse em aprender.

Bolsa auxílio: R$2.150,00 (x12 meses)

Horário de estágio: das 9h às 16h, de segunda a quinta-feira, e das 8h às 15h às sextas-feiras
