- Suportar no planejamento de atividades inerentes à pós-vendas com nossos clientes de serviços (Dúvidas dos clientes, Upsell, solução dos problemas, pesquisas de satisfação e análises dos serviços prestados);
- Auxiliar nas análises de dados para apoiar na retenção/churn e do NPS com as ferramentas da VDO;
- Interface com os times de operações, engenharia e faturamento para suporte ao cliente;
- Acompanhar implementações com os clientes (API e Webhook) e soluções digitais;
- Auxiliar o time no suporte as redes autorizadas VDO para análise de produtos e etiquetas; e
- Apoio no planejamento e acompanhamento de ações de redução de custo de fornecedores de serviços.
- Ensino Superior cursando em Engenharia Elétrica, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou Engenharia da Computação;
- Inglês Básico;
- Pacote Office Intermediário; e
- Power BI Intermediário.
