Asegurar sus competencias de acuerdo a su habilidad.
Llenar los registros de los documentos relaciones consu estación de trabajo y linea. (ejemplo: Hojas de Ajuste y Arranque, Trazabilidad, reporte de producción y tiempos muertos de su linea)
Soportar en las actividades de cambios de modelos y/o herramentales en su linea. (excepto moldeadoras)
Notificar de problemas en base al proceso de escalación.
Cumplir con la auditoría LPA y LSW, en los aspectos relacionados a sus reponsabilidades en su estación de trabajo.
Notificar oportunamente los requerimiento de materiales en su estación de trabajo.
Soportar en la elaboración de ordenes de mtto en sistema SAP.
Contribuir en el cumplimiento del indicador de scrap en la línea asignada.
Apoyar en el control de inventario de materia prima de su estación de trabajo.
Cumplir el indicador de gastos de MRO por consumibles dentro de objetivo según su linea. (guantes, plumones, cintas, etc)

Conocimiento:

Capaz de leer y comprender las hojas con instrucciones operativas, así como el llenado completo/correcto de los formatos requeridos en las operaciones de trabajo y la linea.
Conocimiento en el concepto de LSW
Capaz de realizar operaciones aritméticas básicas.
Habilidad manual.

Experiencia:

Secundaria
Preparatoria

Escolaridad:

Minimo 6 meses en puestos similares
