Identify the root causes of performance gaps, develop solutions, and drive timely execution

Review operational performance regularly and engage clients on results, opportunities, and improvement plans

Develop and leverage strong client relationships to maximize business results

Establish strategies that drive operational growth, profitability, and client satisfaction

Develop short- and long-term business goals and translate them into actionable plans

Address internal and client-related issues that impact operational efficiency and performance

Establish systems and governance for measuring, managing, and improving operational performance

Partner with functional and department heads to ensure operational priorities are aligned with broader business objectives

Provide strategic oversight and cross-functional alignment across Talent Acquisition, Training, WFM, and QA

Partner with Shared Services leaders to ensure workforce, capability, quality, and talent strategies support current and future business needs

Lead Lean/Six Sigma and other continuous improvement initiatives

Identify and drive opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into processes and operations
