Our community care service IC Home 24 cares for people in need of intensive care, ventilated and non-ventilated, with a high level of professionalism and social competence. Over 600 employees at 20 locations in Germany work with us.

In the residential communities we enable patients to live a self-determined life in an atmosphere like at home. The focus is on promoting independence and personal responsibility with the aim of offering the highest level of social and public participation, privacy and individual quality of life.

Fachliche Basis: Du hast eine abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft.
Leidenschaft: Du liebst den Pflegeberuf und bist mit vollem Herzen dabei.
Das gewisse Extra: Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen in der ambulanten Intensivpflege mit oder bist motivierter Quereinsteiger mit dem richtigen Mindset.
Menschlichkeit: Empathie ist für dich kein Modewort, sondern selbstverständlich.
