Overview
As the Executive Vice President of Cloud Services, you will be the strategic leader responsible for the vision, profitability, and operational excellence of Altera's Cloud services portfolio. This is a pivotal executive role focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients. You will have full P&L ownership to build and scale a world-class Cloud services organization. We are looking for a proven executive who can translate strategy into execution, foster a culture of high performance, and ensure our clients receive unparalleled value and support.

Key Responsibilities

Assume full P&L responsibility for the Cloud Services division, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team responsible for cloud operations, service delivery, and client support.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Cloud services portfolio, ensuring our offerings are competitive, innovative, and aligned with market demands.
Serve as the executive sponsor for key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and scalable processes to ensure secure, reliable, and highly available service delivery.
Partner with sales and product teams to ensure service offerings are effectively positioned and supported throughout the client lifecycle.
Provide executive-level reporting on service performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives to the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

Experience:

15+ years of relevant work experience in the IT or Healthcare IT industry.
7+ years of progressive executive leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing a significant P&L for a cloud, managed services, or professional services organization.
Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading high-performing technical and service delivery teams.
Strong business and financial acumen with experience developing and executing successful business strategies.

Education:

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus.

Working Arrangements
Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements. This is a remote position. May require after-hours engagement for critical client or business needs.

Travel
Up to 40% travel may be required for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD, technology).

Base Salary Range -$200,000- $220,000 + variable compensation
