Estamos buscando Industrial Finance Business Partner para sumarse al equipo de Supply Chain Finance en nuestra planta de producción de Cuernavaca en Mexico.
PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO:
Esta posición brindará soporte a la Fabrica de Produccion de Unilever en Cuernavaca, liderando iniciativas orientadas a la reducción de costos, optimización de procesos y mejora de la eficiencia operativa. El rol es responsable de desafiar las prácticas existentes, impulsar la mejora continua y asegurar la ejecución oportuna y precisa de proyectos estratégicos para potenciar el rendimiento general de la planta.
OBJETIVOS PRINCIPALES:
- Monitorear el desempeño general de la planta.
- Gestionar el proceso de presupuesto y forecast.
- Ejecutar el cierre mensual asegurando el pleno cumplimiento, incluyendo análisis de riesgos y oportunidades.
- Supervisar proyectos de mejora de costos, reestructuración, CAPEX y sourcing; desafiar assumptions, calcular sensibilidades y armar casos de negocio.
- Brindar expertise financiero y soporte en proyectos ad hoc.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la agenda de Risk Management en la planta de produccion.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
- Realizar análisis de performance para entender el P&L y los principales KPIs financieros que impulsan las decisiones del negocio.
- Trabajar en conjunto con áreas operativas para asegurar la entrega de proyectos OTIF.
- Impulsar la transformación digital en los procesos de análisis y reporting financiero para potenciar el análisis de datos y la toma de decisiones.
- Idear y liderar oportunidades de mejora y automatización de procesos en Finanzas y Performance Management.
- Impulsar el rendimiento financiero de la planta de Rosario junto al equipo de liderazgo y a través del Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS).
- Trabajar activamente como Business Partner para acompañar los procesos de toma de decisiones.
¿QUÉ NECESITÁS PARA POSTULARTE A ESTE ROL?
- Título universitario o certificaciones equivalentes en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines.
- 3-5 años de experiencia en finanzas corporativas o en un rol similar.
- Se valorará experiencia previa en Supply Chain Finance.
- Inglés intermedio + portugués básico (preferente).
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación, capacidad para responder bajo presión.
- Claridad de pensamiento: habilidad para ver el panorama general y a la vez interés en profundizar en los detalles.
- Capacidad para liderar e impulsar iniciativas de transformación digital.
- Gestión de equipos y desarrollo de personas.
- Manejo en análisis de performance y comprensión de P&L y KPIs financieros clave.
