職業概覽：
· 管理倉庫的日常營運流程，例如顧客商品出貨、材料入庫、存貨管理
· 現場人員管理及排班、教育訓練、工作任務指派、成效執行追蹤
· 確保顧客商品運輸符合流程，並遵守安全規章
· 盡其所能優先滿足顧客商品運輸的服務水平
· 維持存貨的理想狀態
· 遵守主管機關訂定的品質標準

招聘條件：
· 個性積極主動、抗壓性強，能適應物流中心現場環境
· 臨場反應快速，能快速判斷工作優先順序
· 邏輯清晰、主動積極
· 樂於學習，善於表達
· 對電子商務市場具備高度熱情
· 可配合輪班制工作

上班時間：
08:00~02:00 時段內排班輪班
(14點後提供特殊班別津貼)
