  • Develop commercial, analytical, consulting, and professional skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across dealer management, marketing, sales, product, and strategic business functions
  • Gain exposure to business planning, customer experience, growth strategies, process improvement, and operational excellence practices
  • Rotational Assignments through various Caterpillar Divisions to (i) develop industry and product application knowledge, (ii) build a strong understanding of the Cat dealer network and (iii) strengthen your capabilities for future roles within the organisation

Your Future Role

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to move into a field role, where you will:

  • Partner with Cat dealers to strengthen marketing and sales operations and improve business performance
  • Build dealer capability and support strategic growth and process improvement initiatives
  • Champion customer experience and support initiatives that improve market coverage and customer engagement
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities and develop solutions that improve customer outcomes and commercial performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to dealers, helping them improve performance and deliver exceptional customer experience

  • Hold a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • Have experience managing or supporting projects, process improvement initiatives, business development activities, or operational improvements
  • Are strong communicators and relationship builders
  • Enjoy solving problems and working with data
  • Demonstrate commercial curiosity, a growth mindset, and adaptability
  • Are open to travel (up to 30%) and relocation within Australia
  • You may also have up to 3 years of experience in marketing, business, analytics, project management, operations, sales support or change management.
