About the Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will support customers by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial equipment directly at their sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable performance and high customer satisfaction.

- Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment at customer locations
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions
- Deliver technical support and perform preventive maintenance
- Train and support customer operators and maintenance teams
- Collaborate with internal service, engineering, and sales teams
- Prepare service documentation and reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We welcome candidates from industrial and production environments such as:
- Food and beverage
- Dairy processing
- Pharmaceutical
- Chemical
- Industrial manufacturing
Typical backgrounds include:
- Field Service Engineer
- Machine Operator
- Maintenance Technician
- Service Technician
- Mechanical/Electrical Technician
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset and good communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Communicative English
- Technical education (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation – advantage)
- Valid driving license
