Field Service Supervisor

Key responsibilities will be to:

• Train and develop service technicians and approved service partners (ASPs), conduct service team meetings, monitor service technician KPIs, ensure quality and safe working practices for all sitework, and meet service sales financial targets.
• Willing to travel – related to sites visits, external training, overseas visits and meetings
• Collaborate with service planning to maximise efficiency of service technicians and ASPs; assist with service planning during absences or high demand.
• Manage order book with coordination/planning.
• Liaise with scheduling team on invoicing, work with sub-contractors and third-party suppliers. Support service sales with on-site/travel timings, technician requirements and urgent service requests.
• Forecast service work sales figures and work with scheduling team to maintain the accuracy of scheduling software to maintain sales & service frequency.
• Handle customer/site challenges via calls/mails and visit sites to understand customer and technician requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure high-quality, safe service execution and timely/ accurate service report creation.

Your Profile:

The successful Supervisor Field Service must be an effective team leader, or a motivated service professional with the potential and ambition to develop into a leadership role, and an efficient administrator, self-motivated, tenacious, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Key Attributes:

• Target/KPI driven with strong leadership potential and the ability to motivate and support others.
• Previous people management experience is advantageous but not essential.
• High-level IT proficiency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM)
• Confident and professional in customer interactions
• Proactive with a pleasant demeanour
• Experience of working in a busy and target driven environment.
• Experience in field service, technical service, maintenance, engineering, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities, support colleagues, or take ownership of projects would be highly valued.
