We are searching for our US entities a Software Deployer for the implementation of our Warehouse Management Software (WMS) on customer's premisses across USA.

The software installer’s primary responsibilities include user training, software installations, software configuration, and support of products sold and/or supported by Kardex Remstar, LLC. This position is primarily performed at our customer’s facilities located in North America. There is approx. 70 % travel activies forseen, mainly USA, so are ready for overnight stays.

Your tasks

Show full description

Install, train and support software systems that control Kardex Remstar ASRS and related products.
The ability to stand for extended amounts of time
Act as a loyal representative of the company, showing high confidence in the company and the company's products.
Report activity regularly on standard forms (i.e. work orders, weekly time sheets and expense reports). This includes the submittal of all paperwork in a timely manner.
Maintain a detailed record of service visits including technical problems and resolution to correct these problems.
Maintain all company property including tools, cell phones and computers in a safe and productive manner.
Keep informed regarding all operating characteristics, design factors and technical performance of storage and retrieval products.
Maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness.
Attend training courses/seminars recommended by management.
Willing to accept duties and responsibilities as required by management.

Your profile

Bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, Business Informatics
Sound knowledge in IT network, firewalls and security stettings
Good skills in databases and sql
Knowledge of Software deployment and installing onsite on customer's premisses
Good communicator on all levels with a customer-friendly mind-set
Fluency in English
Driving Licence Car

Kardex is an employer with an international job architecture and salary strategy. We offer for this position a salary range between 50,000 and 65,000 US $ depending on experience and qualification.
