In dieser Rolle übernimmst du anspruchsvolle Vor‑Ort‑Installationen, führst Diagnosen und Reparaturen durch, gewährleistest die Systemqualität und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen. Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Service und Engineering zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass technische Anfragen schnell und professionell gelöst werden.

🔧 Deine Aufgaben
Installation und Betreuung von IT‑/TK‑Systemen sowie Applikationen
Analyse und Beseitigung von Systemfehlern – remote und vor Ort
Konfiguration, Wartung und Datensicherung der betreuten Systeme
Entstörung und Konfiguration von Netzwerkgeräten (Router, Switches, Firewalls, WLAN inkl. Access Points)
Behebung von Störungen in Data‑Center‑ / Rechenzentrumsumgebungen
Sicherstellung definierter Qualitäts- und Service-Standards
Remote-Support für Field Support Engineers (Level 1 & 2)
Erstellung technischer und kaufmännischer Dokumentationen
Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaft und Bereitschaftsdienst
Technische und administrative Abstimmung mit Kund:innen in laufenden Projekten
Klärung, ob Anforderungen an Vertrieb, Service oder Engineering weitergeleitet werden
🎯 Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Alcatel‑Lucent Unified Communication & Collaboration sowie Herstellererfahrung
Idealerweise ACFE oder ACSE‑Zertifizierung (Alcatel‑Lucent)
Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von Netzwerkgeräten (Router, Switches)
Vorteilhaft: Zertifizierungen wie Cisco CCT/CCNA, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint
Erfahrung im Aufbau strukturierter Netzwerkverkabelung (Office & Data Center)
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft zur erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2 nach SÜG)
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Führerschein Klasse B – Firmenfahrzeug auch zur privaten Nutzung
