Основни трудови задачи и функции на длъжността

Техникът „Краен качествен контрол” (FQI) ще извършва визуални и функционални проверки и ще извършва тестови процеси на произведени във фирмата ендоскопи. Тази позиция изисква екипен играч за поддръжка на качествен скрининг за ендоскопи чрез симулиране на функционална употреба, идентифициране на потенциални проблеми с качеството и работа в сътрудничество с производствени и качествени инженерни екипи за идентифициране на проблеми преди пускането на продукта.

Отговорности

Извършва визуална и функционална инспекция на ендоскопи съгласно процедури за инспекция и контрол на качеството (QAP) или спецификации, взема решения и предприема необходими действия въз основа на резултатите от извършения контрол;
Извършва симулационни операции с помощта на хирургическа роботизирана система и аксесоари. Ползва тестово оборудване/приспособления според нуждите;
Открива и документира функционални и визуални дефекти (несъответствия);
Документира резултатите от проверката и откритите несъответствия в SAP;
Записва точно и подробно наблюденията за несъответствия в записите за историята на устройството;
Следва процедурите за управление на несъответствия (NCR), за генериране на записи, практики за документиране и процеси на ескалация;
Работи с продукти в съответствие с процедурите за предотвратяване на объркване, повреди или други неблагоприятни ефекти;
Съобщава резултатите от инспекцията на съответния персонал и информира за отклонението, ако е необходимо;
Изпълнява други задължения, които могат да се възложат.

Изисквания за заеманата длъжност

Завършено средно техническо образование с две години опит, подходящ професионален опит в областта на качествения контрол или подобно;
Добри способности за откриване на дефекти в изображения;
Добра осведоменост за качеството и процесите за качествен контрол;
Предпочитат се добри комуникативни и документационни умения по немски и английски език;
Разширени познания за общи продукти на MS Office и системи за управление на документи (за предпочитане SAP/ACCS);
Способност за разбиране на Системи за контрол на качеството на медицински изделия (QMS), корпоративни процедури за качествен контрол (QAPs) и регулаторни изисквания, включително, но не само, на ISO13485 е желателно;
Ясно изразено разбиране за качество, ред и чистота;
Способност за разбиране на основния материален поток от склад за материали до готовото изделие, структурата на спецификацията на материалите и процедурите за периодична инвентаризация;
Независим, отговорен и надежден начин на работа, съчетан с отчетлива способност за работа в екипна среда и с кръстосано функционални екипи, гъвкавост и висока готовност за учене;
Възможност за работа на различни смени;
Пригодност за работа в чисто помещение при условия за електростатичен разряд (ESD), както и при работни станции под микроскоп.
