We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and stimulating environment where every individual’s contribution is essential to ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Accounting department, maintaining strong financial process controls, operational efficiency, and supporting hotel growth.
Develop and implement business strategies, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Lead and manage the Accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, development, accountability, and performance.
Take ownership of the hotel budget and overall Profit & Loss performance.
Ensure that all accounting functions are properly controlled, reviewed, and developed in accordance with company standards.
Analyse business performance and accounting practices, providing recommendations to improve financial results.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices, preparing all necessary documentation for internal and external audits.

Proven experience in Accounting/Finance, with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent team management skills, with a hands-on approach and a leadership style based on leading by example.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to service quality.
Ability to identify creative solutions and provide strategic recommendations.
Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity.
Good proficiency in IT systems and digital tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an advantage.
