Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Umiejętności, których poszukujemy do naszego zespołu:

wspieranie account managerów w ocenie biznesu i jego zyskowności
przygotowywanie raportów i analiz finansowych wspierających podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych
uczestniczenie w przygotowywaniu i analizie danych do sprawozdań finansowych
uczestniczenie w procesie prognozowania oraz zamykania miesiąca
analiza przyczyn źródłowych dla odchyleń wartości aktualnych od prognozowanych oraz prezentowanie wniosków
uczestniczenie w projektach z zakresu finansów
współpraca z centrum usług wspólnych w ramach powierzonych obowiązków
tworzenie i usprawnianie narzędzi do raportowania

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

minimum 3-letniego doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w firmie produkcyjnej
wykształcenia wyższego ekonomicznego
bardzo dobrej znajomość j. angielskiego
bardzo dobrej znajomość Excela, znajomość VBA, SQL oraz SAP będzie dodatkowym atutem
rozumienia struktury rachunku wyników i sposobów alokacji kosztów na projekty
umiejętności analitycznego myślenia i formułowania wniosków
zaangażowania i odpowiedzialności za terminową realizację powierzonych zadań
wysokiej kultury osobistej, komunikatywności, otwartości
