As aFinancial Counseling Representative, you will be atrusted guide for patients navigating insurance coverage, financial responsibility, and payment solutions.

Provideexceptional financial counseling supportby helping patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs

Meet with patients todiscuss payment optionsandfinancialassistanceprograms

Verify insurance eligibilityandexplain benefitsclearly

Assist withMedicaidandfinancialassistanceapplications

Build trustwith patients during stressful financial situations

Collaborate with care teamsand revenue cycle departments

Maintainaccuratedocumentationacross multiple systems

High School Diploma or GED
