Melakukan forecasting kebutuhan cash berdasarkan data transaksi, historical data, dan kebutuhan operasional.
Menganalisis pola cash inflow dan cash outflow untuk menentukan kebutuhan cash harian/mingguan.
Mengumpulkan dan mengolah data kebutuhan cash dari cabang, client, ATM, maupun unit operasional terkait.
Membuat cash forecast dan melakukan update secara berkala sesuai perubahan kebutuhan.
Membandingkan hasil forecasting dengan realisasi penggunaan cash (forecast vs actual).
Mengidentifikasi selisih antara forecast dan actual serta menganalisis penyebabnya.
Melakukan monitoring terhadap cash availability dan cash position.
Memberikan rekomendasi kebutuhan cash kepada tim terkait untuk menghindari cash shortage maupun excess cash.
Berkoordinasi dengan Cash Management, Vault, Operations, Finance, Transport, dan cabang terkait kebutuhan dan ketersediaan cash.
Melakukan monitoring terhadap transaksi atau kebutuhan cash yang bersifat urgent/additional.
Menyiapkan laporan forecasting dan analisis cash secara daily, weekly, dan monthly.
Membantu proses perencanaan kebutuhan cash untuk periode tertentu, termasuk peak season atau peningkatan volume transaksi.
Menjaga akurasi dan kerahasiaan data terkait cash position, kebutuhan client, dan transaksi.
Memastikan proses forecasting dilakukan sesuai SOP, internal control, dan kebijakan perusahaan.
Melakukan tugas analisis dan administrasi lainnya sesuai arahan Supervisor/Manager Cash Management.
