Melakukan analisis kebutuhan cash pada jaringan ATM berdasarkan histori transaksi, pola penggunaan, lokasi, dan tren kebutuhan nasabah.
Menyusun forecast kebutuhan uang tunai untuk setiap mesin ATM secara harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
Melakukan monitoring kebutuhan cash berdasarkan periode tertentu seperti peak season, hari libur, dan event khusus.
Memberikan rekomendasi nominal pengisian ATM untuk mengoptimalkan ketersediaan cash dan efisiensi biaya operasional.
Melakukan evaluasi akurasi forecast dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan aktual.

Mengumpulkan dan mengolah data transaksi ATM, cash level, withdrawal pattern, dan histori replenishment.
Melakukan analisis penggunaan cash (cash consumption) setiap lokasi ATM.
Mengidentifikasi pola transaksi, anomali, serta potensi risiko cash out atau kelebihan cash.
Membuat laporan analisis performa ATM dan tingkat akurasi forecasting.
Melakukan monitoring ATM yang memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap cash shortage maupun overstock.

Berkoordinasi dengan tim ATM Operations, CIT, CPC, Transport, dan Operations Control terkait rencana pengisian ATM.
Memberikan informasi kebutuhan cash kepada tim operasional untuk mendukung pelaksanaan replenishment.
Melakukan koordinasi terkait perubahan jadwal pengisian akibat kondisi operasional tertentu.
Mendukung optimalisasi rute dan jadwal pengisian ATM bersama tim terkait.

Membuat laporan forecast, utilisasi cash, dan performa ATM secara berkala.
Melakukan review terhadap hasil forecasting dan memberikan improvement untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi.
Membantu penyusunan dashboard monitoring ATM performance.
Menyediakan data pendukung untuk kebutuhan audit, meeting operasional, dan evaluasi bisnis.
Memastikan seluruh proses forecasting sesuai SOP, SLA, dan standar keamanan perusahaan.
