- Melakukan forecasting kebutuhan kas ATM berdasarkan data historis transaksi, tren penggunaan, musim, dan hari libur.
- Menganalisis pola transaksi ATM untuk menentukan jumlah uang yang optimal pada setiap mesin.
- Menyusun rencana pengisian (cash replenishment plan) sesuai hasil forecasting.
- Melakukan monitoring saldo kas ATM dan mengidentifikasi potensi cash out maupun overstock.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Operations Control, Vault, Control Tower, dan Cash in Transit (CIT) terkait jadwal pengisian ATM.
- Memastikan rencana pengisian ATM sesuai dengan SLA dan kebutuhan operasional.
- Melakukan evaluasi terhadap akurasi forecasting dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan secara berkala.
- Menyusun laporan forecasting, utilisasi kas, cash out, overstock, dan performa pengisian ATM.
- Mengoptimalkan penggunaan kas untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi biaya pengelolaan uang tunai.
- Mendukung implementasi sistem atau tools forecasting serta pengembangan proses perencanaan kas ATM.
