Am Front Office des Radisson Blu Hotel Luzern sorgst Du dafür, dass sich Menschen aus aller Welt willkommen, verstanden und gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Als Front Office Agent bist Du Dreh- und Angelpunkt unseres Hotels. Du verbindest Service, Organisation und Kommunikation – und machst aus Aufenthalten echte Erlebnisse. Dein Alltag:

Check-in & Check-out unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
Persönliche Gästebetreuung vor Ort, telefonisch und per E-Mail
Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales & F&B
Einsatz in Früh-, Mittel- und Spätschichten
Für Männer: vereinzelt Nachtdienste möglich (selten)

Solide EDV-Kenntnisse
Selbständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
Ein authentisches Auftreten – inklusive ehrlichem Lächeln
