What You'll Do
• Design, develop, and optimize full-stack applications (backend and frontend) for high-traffic payment platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Build high-performance, secure integrations with global Payment Service Providers (PSPs) using modern protocols and API standards.
• Develop responsive, intuitive frontend experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks while building robust backend services that power them.
• Create lightweight, well-documented APIs for seamless client, SDK, and cross-team communication.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, and Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own and drive complex technical designs of systems architecture and components built using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot on the backend and React, Vue.js, or Angular on the frontend.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to build secure, performant systems that meet strict SLAs.
• Contribute to the entire application lifecycle — development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Champion systems architecture improvements and drive continuous modernization of existing services.
• Integrate with global PSPs, ensuring seamless payment flows across regions and providers.
What You Bring
Required (10+ Years of Experience)

• Proficiency with SQL (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms — Azure, AWS, or both — including deployment, scaling, and managed services.
• Strong ability to write unit tests, integration tests, and automated test suites.
• Solid Object-Oriented Design skills and understanding of design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment across distributed teams and time zones.

Added Benefits (Nice to Have)
• AI Proficiency & Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered development and automation tools such as N8N, LangChain, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms. Experience leveraging AI to accelerate development workflows, automate repetitive tasks, or build intelligent integrations is a strong plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and the ability to evaluate and integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing applications or workflows.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
