What we’re looking for:

· Recent graduates of any degree or course, who have demonstrated strong academic performance (such as earning Latin Honors, being on the Dean’s List, or ranking in the top 25% of their class)

· Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· A track record of leadership — whether in student organizations, internships, volunteer work, or community impact

What you’ll experience

· Cross-Functional Rotations: Gain deep exposure across key business units as you spend time embedded in teams such as Agency Sales, Data Science, Finance & Actuarial, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Risk & Compliance, Legal, and Technology.

· Executive Mentorship: Receive direct guidance from senior leaders and business heads.

· Capstone Leadership Projects: Lead strategic initiatives and deliver innovative business solutions

· Accelerated Career Pathing: Fast-track your development into key leadership roles

· Duration: Twenty-four (24) months, with structured rotations and assessments

· Location: Taguig, Metro Manila (Hybrid Work Setup)

· Start Date: August 2026

· Compensation: Competitive package + performance-based growth opportunities
