A Ingram Micro conecta parceiros, clientes e soluções de tecnologia, apoiando o desenvolvimento de negócios e a transformação digital por meio de seu ecossistema de soluções e serviços.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em pré-vendas e arquitetura de soluções Cloud para atuar de forma estratégica junto a clientes e parceiros, apoiando o crescimento das soluções do portfólio.

Principais responsabilidades

Atuar como referência técnica no ciclo de vendas, apoiando o time comercial e parceiros na construção de soluções.

Participar de reuniões com clientes para levantamento de necessidades de negócio e definição de estratégias técnicas.

Desenhar arquiteturas seguras, escaláveis e eficientes, alinhadas às melhores práticas de mercado.

Elaborar documentações técnicas, diagramas de arquitetura e estimativas de custos.

Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell durante o processo de pré-vendas.

Conduzir webinars, workshops, treinamentos e apresentações técnicas para clientes e parceiros.

Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências, novas tecnologias e boas práticas em ambientes Cloud.

Perfil desejado

Experiência em pré-vendas e arquitetura de soluções em nuvem.

Conhecimento em desenho de arquiteturas, segurança, performance e escalabilidade.

Inglês avançado.

Certificações Cloud serão consideradas diferencial
