Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of a global IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives
Management and prioritization of the global IT demand and project portfolio
Leadership and development of international teams in IT Business Partnering and Project Management
Translation of business requirements into scalable IT solutions and ensuring their successful implementation
Establishment of efficient processes, governance structures and standards to continuously enhance the global IT organization
Responsibility for stakeholder management, resources, budgets and risks as well as driving innovation and harmonization across the global IT landscape

Qualifications:

Several years of leadership experience in international IT organizations with a focus on business partnering, demand management, or portfolio management
Proven success in leading and developing teams within global matrix structures.
Ability to translate business strategies into effective IT initiatives and sustainable business success
Strong skills in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaboration
Strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a strong drive to shape the future
Confident demeanor, persuasiveness, and a passion for actively driving change
