Manage and guide a team of direct reports, setting priorities, managing workloads, reviewing work, coaching team members and ensuring high-quality delivery across campaigns, events, content, digital, awards, social media and other communications and marketing activity.

Work closely with Urban sub-sector teams and stakeholders, regional communications and marketing teams, creative teams, Group Brand & Communications and other internal brand teams to align priorities, coordinate delivery and avoid duplication.
