As a Google Cloud Generative AI Solution Lead you will guide client-facing data engineering efforts focused on Google Cloud and generative AI solutions, shaping data pipelines, integration approaches, and transformation work that supports actionable insights and informed decisions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead complex programs, apply sound judgment, coach teams through ambiguity, and use your influence to move work forward while translating business needs into clear technical direction. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will draw on your experience in data infrastructure, cloud-based solution design, and stakeholder communication to support delivery across modern data environments and contribute to work that spans Data Modernisation and Data, Analytics & AI.

Responsibilities
- Leading Google Cloud generative AI solution design and delivery for data modernization initiatives
- Advising client stakeholders on generative AI use cases, platform strategy, and implementation approaches
- Translating business needs into technical architectures across data pipelines, integration, transformation, and analytics layers
- Directing teams through complex delivery efforts involving data engineering, AI integration, and cloud-based platforms
- Applying knowledge of Google Cloud, data engineering platforms, and modern warehouse technologies to build scalable solutions
- Coordinating data modeling, data quality, validation, and performance tuning activities across solution components
- Guiding the use of AI fluency, agile scalability, and rapid experimentation to advance solution development
- Coaching team members on technical direction, issue resolution, and delivery priorities across multiple workstreams
- Validating technical outcomes with client leaders and adjusting designs based on feedback and business objectives
- Promoting professional and technical standards while supporting operational excellence across engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating Google Cloud generative AI solution delivery across client-facing engagements
- Applying data modernization methods across analytics and engineering platforms
- Crafting executive-ready messages that explain complex AI solutions
- Directing teams through ambiguity while balancing escalation and action
- Validating client outcomes and incorporating feedback into solution design
- Coaching cross-functional teams through large-scale technical programs
