Because our products support life-critical situations, you will apply a rigorous, highly analytical engineering approach to ensure high availability and resilience across every deployment. At Motorola Solutions, we foster a people-first culture that empowers you to explore your potential, innovate what's next, and grow your career. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is valued.

Align project delivery with Agile software delivery methodologies and modern DevOps practices

Basic Requirements

First-Class or 2:1 Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Systems Architecture, IT, or an engineering discipline

Solid experience with core systems engineering principles, network security, Microsoft Server environments, or database management acquired through academic study, industrial placements, or practical projects

Technical Stakeholder Management to translate enterprise architecture concepts into clear language for technical and non-technical audiences

Agile & DevOps to participate in modern software development and collaborative deployment workflows

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
