Graphic Designer

Design digital assets, infographics, web graphics, iconography, flowcharts, presentations, and basic photo retouching.

Support the development of creative concepts and present design solutions with guidance from the Associate Creative Director and senior team members.

Conduct basic video editing tasks and assist with the creation of videos, animations, or motion graphics as needed.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and creative leadership to refine and improve deliverables.

Required Knowledge, Experience & Education

BA or BFA in Graphic Design or a related creative field, with a minimum of 4-6 years of professional design experience.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Firefly.

Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and its capabilities for creating visually engaging presentations and communications.

Understanding of print and digital design best practices and production requirements.

Basic understanding of website design principles, including foundational knowledge of CSS, HTML, and related technical considerations.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or Workfront.

Basic knowledge of video production and editing software, including Adobe Premiere and/or Adobe After Effects, preferred.
