Salary DOE 📋 Commercial 🏬 London

Location: London Hybrid (2 / 3 days in the office)

native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.

Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

The Opportunity

The Growth Sales Manager plays a key role in scaling native’s commercial performance by owning revenue growth across a defined advertiser category.

As part of native’s category-led sales model, you will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within your category (for example: Retail, FMCG, Tech, Finance, Lifestyle). You’ll develop a deep understanding of your category’s advertisers, buying behaviours, and success metrics, using this expertise to win new business and deliver consistently strong outcomes.

This role blends new business, and commercial execution. You’ll focus on building repeatable revenue through insight-led selling, strong relationships, and close collaboration with SDRs, Client Success, Campaign Delivery, and Marketing.
