Für unsere Division Nonwoven am Produktionsstandort Lüneburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Gruppenleiter (m/w/d), der/die unser Team fachlich und disziplinarisch führt.
Wesentliche Zuständigkeiten/Aufgaben:
- Führung des Teams „Materials Managements“ bestehend aus den Fachgebieten operativer Einkauf und Materialplanung.
- Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung des Werkes mit Produktions- und Nichtproduktionsmaterialien
- Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Analysen und Reports, regelmäßiger Bericht über relevante KPIs
- Organisation und Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten
- Förderung einer agilen Unternehmenskultur sowie eines offenen und vertrauensvollen Arbeitsumfeldes. Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Mitarbeiter.
Anforderungsprofil:
Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium, z.B. im Bereich technische Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder Ausbildung an einer Fachschule, wie z.B. Techniker/in, staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt/in, Technischer Betriebswirt/in etc., sowie mehrjährige (5-10 Jahre) Berufserfahrung erforderlich. Diese Kenntnisse und/oder Fertigkeiten können auch auf anderem Wege erworben werden.

Fachliche Kompetenz, spezielle Kenntnisse:
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams im kaufmännischen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich ERP-Systeme, bevorzugt SAP
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Operational Excellence
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
Persönliche Kompetenzen:
- Gute Analyse- und Problemlösungskompetenzen
- Hohe Flexibilität, unternehmerisches Denken und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gutes Prozessverständnis
