Define and own the global marketing and communications strategy, aligned with company vision, product strategy, and commercial objectives.

Act as the global lead of Multiverse’s external narrative, ensuring clarity and consistency across marketing, PR, content, brand, and leadership communications.

Partner closely with the CEO and executive team as a strategic advisor on positioning, messaging, and external perception.

Market & Product Positioning

Translate advanced AI capabilities into clear, differentiated business value propositions by industry and use case.

Own product and solutions marketing, ensuring messaging supports enterprise sales, strategic accounts, and long sales cycles.

Ensure marketing supports enterprise growth and overall commercial credibility.

Communications, PR & Reputation

Lead global corporate communications, PR, and thought leadership, positioning Multiverse as a credible and trusted AI partner.

Build and manage relationships with top-tier global media, industry analysts, and key ecosystem stakeholders.

Position the CEO and leadership team as visible, credible voices in AI through media, events, and public engagements.

Team, Structure & Execution

Build, lead, and scale the Marketing & Communications function, with clear ownership across marketing, content, field marketing, and communications.

Manage senior external partners (PR agencies, branding, content, events).

Define and track success metrics across awareness, reputation, and commercial impact.

Experience & Profile

Proven ownership or significant contribution to enterprise pipeline and revenue generation, with demonstrated impact at scale (e.g., €10M–€100M+ pipeline).

Strong experience owning and executing enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategies, working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline, support deal progression, and influence revenue outcomes.

Proven experience in a senior marketing and/or communications leadership role within AI, deep-tech, combination of scale up and established company in highly technical B2B environments.

Strong background in corporate communications and executive positioning, not only demand generation.

Experience working directly with C-level executives, ideally reporting to a CEO.
