Ihre Rolle

die globale Immobilien- und Standortstrategie für ZEISS Industrial Quality & Research entwickeln, umsetzen und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
die strategische und wirtschaftliche Steuerung des internationalen Immobilienportfolios verantworten und dessen Zukunftsfähigkeit sicherstellen.
die Interessen von IQR in wesentlichen Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekten vertreten und als zentrale Schnittstelle zur Konzernorganisation agieren.
Mietverträge, Dienstleister und Facility-Management-Partner steuern sowie kommerzielle, qualitative und vertragliche Optimierungspotenziale realisieren.
Kosten-, Flächen- und Nachhaltigkeitspotenziale identifizieren und durch innovative Immobilienlösungen erschließen.
nationale und internationale Stakeholder-Landschaften managen, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenführen und Verhandlungen erfolgreich führen.
die Digitalisierung von Immobilienprozessen vorantreiben, wirksame Governance- und Risikostrukturen etablieren sowie das globale Real-Estate-Team führen und weiterentwickeln.

Ihr Profil

ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens, der Gebäudetechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

langjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Immobilienmanagement sowie in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Immobilien- und Standortstrategien.

fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerung von Immobilienportfolios sowie im Mietvertrags-, Dienstleister-, Budget-, Risiko- und Compliance-Management.

Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams, dem Management anspruchsvoller Stakeholder und der erfolgreichen Verhandlung komplexer Sachverhalte.

eine strategische, unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke sowie Affinität zu Digitalisierung und datenbasierten Lösungen.
