Ihr Rolle

Entwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen: Sie entwickeln Controlling-Prozesse nach IFRS und lokalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften in unterschiedlichen ERP-Systemen, mit besonderem Fokus auf SAP R/3 und SAP S/4 HANA, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Berichterstattung sicherzustellen.

Prozessoptimierung: Sie arbeiten eng mit Experten aus Finance, IT und anderen Funktionsbereichen zusammen, um Controlling- und Schnittstellenprozesse weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren. Dabei haben Sie stets Compliance-Anforderungen und die operative Performance im Blick.

Internationale Projekte: Sie wirken bei internationalen Projekten mit, wie der globalen Einführung von S/4 HANA in den ZEISS Gesellschaften und der Implementierung neuer Geschäftsmodelle.

Mitarbeiterführung: Sie führen disziplinarisch direkt unterstellte Mitarbeiter in Übereinstimmung mit den Führungsgrundsätzen von ZEISS.

Ansprechpartner: Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und interne Audits bei allen Fragen zu Prozessen im Internal Accounting.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Controllingbereich eines internationalen Konzerns

Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Umsetzung von Projekten in einem globalen Umfeld

Tiefgehendes Prozessverständnis in den Bereichen Internal Accounting und Record-to-Report (R2R) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Schnittstellenprozesse

Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsstandards nach IFRS und HGB

Ausgeprägte Leadership-Kompetenzen, hohe Sozialkompetenz und überzeugende Durchsetzungsstärke im internationalen Umfeld

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Modulen FI und CO von SAP R/3 und SAP S/4 HANA
