**What you will do:**
* Command the macro planning and infrastructure integration of a generational, multi-decade mega-township vision.
* Take absolute executive accountability for project planning, construction, and successful handovers.
* Lead multidisciplinary project teams while directing complex budgets and contract administration.
* Coordinate global tech giants, consultants, and contractors across the development lifecycle.
* Manage critical risks while ensuring world-class construction quality and strict site safety.

**Experience you need:**
* Proven pedigree managing complex mixed developments within an established, reputable Tier-1 property developer corporate environment.
* Minimum 15 years in property development with 5+ years in senior leadership.
* Proven history of delivering massive, landmark high-rise or integrated multi-tower portfolios.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related project management disciplines
* Full willingness to lead operations directly at Southern Malaysia sites.
