- Asistir a nuestros clientes respondiendo consultas sobre coberturas, pagos y diversos procesos administrativos

- Mantener actualizada la información en el sistema.

- Resolver las consultas de los clientes o derivarlos a otras áreas cuando sea necesario para brindar un excelente servicio.

- Mantener la relación con nuestros clientes brindándoles un servicio de calidad.

Para postularse a esta posición se requiere:

✅ Nivel de inglés avanzado. (Excluyente)

✅Graduados de la escuela secundaria y/o estudiantes de los primeros años de carreras universitarias o tecnicaturas.

✅ Experiencia de 1 año en puestos de atención al cliente es un plus.

✅ Esquema de Trabajo:Presencial en nuestras oficinas de Retiro
✅Es necesario tener disponibilidad para trabajar durante los feriados nacionales y fines de semana.
