Estamos buscando un/a HR Advisor para sumarse al equipo de RRHH en dentsu!
🧩 ¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Brindar soporte al HR Business Partner en la implementación de iniciativas y proyectos de RRHH, asegurando la colaboración de los distintos stakeholders con un enfoque data-driven. Se trata de un rol generalista y operativo con exposición a múltiples áreas como Employee Relations, Learning & Development, HRIS y Rewards.
📌 Algunas de tus tareas serán:
Ejecutar procesos clave de RRHH (onboarding, offboarding, compensación, desarrollo, movilidad interna, etc) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.
Monitorear métricas organizacionales, financieras y de RRHH.
Brindar soporte en el proceso de gestión del desempeño de los empleados, junto con managers y HRBPs.
Participar en proyectos de employee engagement liderados por HR.
