Job Description
The Role
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will develop coordinated talent and workforce plans for our global manufacturing and MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) organizations of approximately 2400 employees across production, tech transfer, and engineering. As a trusted advisor to primarily VP leaders, this individual will apply deep HR, business, and organizational expertise to address complex cross-functional challenges, strengthen workforce capability, and translate enterprise strategy into action. The role will also coach and support HRBPs across countries or regions and direct resources for major talent and organizational initiatives, regardless of formal reporting lines.
Key responsibilities
- Translate enterprise, business group, and functional priorities into coordinated talent and workforce plans that advance both near- and long-term objectives across an assigned portfolio.
- Strengthen organizational and leadership capability by advising VP/AVP leaders on organization design, succession, M&A, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Improve the quality of enterprise talent decisions by calibrating succession and talent trade-offs across businesses and leading the people and capability review cycle for C-suite direct reports.
- Resolve complex, cross-functional workforce challenges by combining data, external perspective, and deep expertise into clear recommendations for senior and executive leaders.
- Increase the consistency and impact of HR partnership by coaching HRBPs across countries and regions and directing project or program resources toward shared outcomes.
- Lead a team of HRBPs and consultants in the region. Enable seamless HR delivery by acting as one team across business leaders, HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services, while seeking better solutions that reduce complexity and create value.
