Job Summary

Summary:

The “HR Project Manager” will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL, reporting to the Senior Director / Regional HR Business Partner.

This role will be In charge planning and coordinating all aspects of internal and external projects from initiation to delivery.

Responsibilities:

Be a diligent, respectful, and caring steward

Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production.
Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Prepare purchase orders as per established process.
Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
Defines resources (and resource allocation) and schedule for implementation.
Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
Directs and oversees project team and manages conflicts within group.
Performs team assessments and evaluations.

Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

Qualifications:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management experience.
Typically requires 8+ years of PM experience, including supervision.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/ technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas, comprehension the strategic impact of the function across sites.

The base pay range for this position is provided below. The final base rate offered will be determined using job-related, non-discriminatory criteria, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity.

$98,700.00 USD - $135,700.00 USD Annual
