Wat ga je doen
Als HSE Officer ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu op onze productielocatie in Deventer. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en werkt nauw samen met operators, supervisors en management om veiligheid continu te verbeteren.
Je stimuleert een sterke veiligheidscultuur, zorgt voor naleving van wet‑ en regelgeving en vertaalt HSE‑beleid naar praktisch en zichtbaar gedrag op de site. In deze rol combineer je inhoudelijke HSE‑expertise met coaching, leiderschap en continue verbetering. Je bewaakt niet alleen processen en systemen, maar maakt vooral impact door mensen mee te nemen in veilig werken.

Wie zoeken wij
Wij zoeken een HSE‑professional die eigenaarschap toont en veiligheid echt leeft op de werkvloer. Iemand die zichtbaar is, het gesprek aangaat en medewerkers weet te betrekken bij gedragsverandering.
Belangrijkste kwaliteiten en ervaring:
HBO werk‑ en denkniveau, met een achtergrond in Arbeidsveiligheid, Engineering of vergelijkbaar
Minimaal MVK; HVK en/of NEBOSH (IGC of equivalent) is een pré of bereid dit te behalen
Circa 3–5 jaar ervaring in een HSE‑rol, bij voorkeur in een productie‑ of manufacturingomgeving
Sterk in communicatie en beïnvloeden, van shopfloor tot management
Hands‑on, pragmatisch, proactief en zelfstandig
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
